These classes are short in duration and are created for beginners who needed the boost to get back into their fitness journey.


There are previously held classes that you can access and follow along.



However, I am hosting LIVE sessions straight from my garage to provide short workout classes PLUS a short time to talk about anything to answer questions or offer any emotional support if you need support.
