Have you ever wanted a book with a journal all in one place?
Welcome Ramadan book is not just a journal to fill in spaces and use to plan your Ramadan. It is a book that also has infographics and educational information on how to build mental strength, how to spiritually reconnect with faith, and how to be physically active.

The book is broken down into three main sections:

  2. Spiritual Connection
  3. Physical Strength
    The topics include the following:
  • Building a growth mindset.
  • How to set realistic goals.
  • Few therapeutic techniques to cope with stress and improve the mental state of your mind.
  • Prayers, charity, forgiveness, family kinship, and how to strengthen faith in Allah.
  • General guidelines and information on fitness and exercise.
  • How to take care of the body when feeling super exhausted.
  • General guidelines on nutrition and meal preparations.

The planner pages are broken down into the following:

  • Shaban calendar
  • Ramadan calendar
  • Shawaal calendar
  • Goal setting
  • Space to write Dua's
  • Space to write down habit(s) to work on.
  • Journal prompts
  • Ramadan planning pages
  • Decluttering - what to organize
  • Ramadan days reflections

And of course much more. But this is all general information about what is included in the book. The book is written for the general Muslim who wants to jumpstart their fitness and health journey but feels demotivated, stressed out, and who struggles with anxieties.

The book does not include any workout plan or any meal plan to follow but offers general guidelines that can be applied every day whether during Ramadan or outside of Ramadan.

The author intended to blend basic mental health with spirituality and physical health because they all are integrated and complement each other.
