WORKOUT FORMATS:
- PRE Ramadan - 40-60 minutes long - HITT & functional workouts
- During Ramadan - 20-35 minutes long - low impact & focused on mobility
- Post Ramadan - 40-60 minutes long - HITT & functional workouts
***The LIVE sessions will be hosted through zoom! The link to the zoom will be available inside the curriculum (see below). The replays will be added right after inside the curriculum and will only be available for ONE week until the weekend***

If you sign up afterwards, you will get access to the workouts that are happening during that week and whatever is left to be completed and will not be able to join the 12-week program. You are able to sign up to the self-pace course only!
Why am I offering a 12-week program this year?
After working with 1:1 clients since 2018, I have seen the best results were with the clients that invested in themselves and signed up for 12-week programs. Anyone who signed up with me for 4 weeks or 6 weeks programs were unable to see massive results, and it was not effective programming for them. And to be honest, I think it's a waste of my time as well as client's time and financial investment.
How will this program run?
- Agreement form is to be signed by everyone who joins this program whether it's self-paced or through the 12-week program.
- This is ONLY for women that opt into 12-week program:
- First thing first will be getting on an initial call to go over YOUR own personalized goals and habits that YOU want to change. We will schedule in your first assessment
- We will schedule the 2nd and 3rd final assessments to track your progress
- If you choose to want your own workout program, you will be assigned to an Everfit app where I create customized workouts and where I train my 1:1 clients
- Coaching calls will be scheduled in if needed and to help you stay on track with program
- Community - it is there to support one another. There is a power in uplifting yourself and people around you.
- You can choose to go through the course at your own pace or you can ask for help. Remember, the community is also a great place to share your goals and to hold each other accountable.
- Workouts will only be available during the week they are offered.
- If participants ask and want a particular guest in another field to join and provide their insight on a topic that I am not qualified such mental health, diet, then I can ask another professional to join if they can. I can only educate clients on nutrition but I am not allowed to provide nutrition plan or diet plan since it is outside of my scope of practice. This goes to mental health and therapy help as well. I can only educate clients on stress-cope mechanism and emotional wellness but I can not prescribe any diagnosis or be your therapist.
Ramadan is the perfect time!
Remember that truly if we are to follow the Sunnah, then we need to take time before AND after Ramadan to really maximize our efforts and see results.

About Coach Ola:
BeFit4Akhirah
Ola Khaldi Alghazzouli graduated from George Mason University with a B.S in Biology and Health Promotion minor. She is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer and functional fitness specialist as well as swim Instructor. Her passion on fitness and health started in 2004 when she started high school and was battling eating disorder throughout her entire high school years. She got into weightlifting in 2008 and then started to struggle with anxiety and depression in 2011-2012. Now she enjoys outdoor workouts and swimming because it helps her deal with stress and anxiety as well as reconnect more with Allah swt. She started BeFit4Akhirah in 2014 with a vision for a stronger, more confident, and hopeful ummah. She is a podcast host of the Purposeful Fitness with Coach Ola show. She launched her first ever campaign called, “Swim4Akhirah” in 2020 to speak up about swimming for the Muslim woman and to bring further diversity into the swimming industry.

Is there a refund if I am not satisfied with the course or the coaching program?

Do I have lifetime access to the course?
Not this year! We are only going to provide access to the Happy & Lean Ramadan Program for one full year and the LIVE sessions are only available for ONE week during the week they are hosted.
Can I share the course with anyone in my family or friend circle?
No, you may not because it is not fair for the creator of the course
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
You will need light weight dumbbells and resistance bands. There are also bodyweight exercises that you can follow along.
